Greening Up is a look at young folks in South Florida who've chosen one of the most unconventional paths to walk down: organic farming. Rooted in tradition and filled with knowledge, they aim to provide their communities with fresh, nutritious and affordable food. Taking the organic world by storm, they inspire and re-establish a connection with the land and one another that has been lost through conventional ways of producing.

This short piece highlights a hidden gem in the heart of Little Haiti in Miami, Fl called the Center for Haitian Studies (CHS). Founded in 1988 to serve the disenfranchised populations of Little Haiti, this full service health clinic offers the Haitian community of Miami (and all those lacking health insurance) health services for free.
